At Earth Rated, we believe in making a positive impact, not just through our products, but also by supporting the communities and animals we care deeply about. Recently, we faced a unique challenge: we had a large amount of our previous generation inventory sitting in our UK and EU warehouses. Our Customer Experience team was eager to donate these items, but we had never coordinated donations outside of North America before. With our headquarters based in Montreal, Canada, this was uncharted territory for us.
We turned to our incredible community for help. Through social media and other channels, we asked for recommendations on where to donate. The response was overwhelming! With their support, we were able to identify 19 amazing groups across the UK and EU to receive our donations.
