Building a performance culture
Our team is what sets us apart from the rest, so we're all about creating an atmosphere where everyone can shine bright like a diamond! By creating a culture of performance, we aspire to unlock the full potential of our people to build a stronger, bolder and more resilient organization. We commit to a shared sense of purpose and direction that drives performance and accountability.
At our core, we value candor with compassion, meaning that we are willing to express truths that may be uncomfortable, and we believe that humility is the most admirable quality.
We are all equally committed to raising the "woof". We're all about creating a highly-engaged team that's not afraid to dream big and then make those dreams a reality. If this sounds like you, join us!
Get to know the team
In case you’re wondering, having a dog isn’t a requirement. (Though we do highly recommend it.)
Meet Phil, Office Coordinator, and Roubina, Executive Assistant. Together they make up our incredible administration team.
Phil also happens to be our Chief Joke Officer. Every Friday, without fail, he shares a zinger with our team. To mark National Joke Day, he said you could steal a joke from his repertoire below:
Why Didn’t The Dog Want To Play Football?
It Was A Boxer. 🥊
"When I first started at Earth Rated, I was instantly blown away by how much thought and effort goes into the smallest of things; from the down to the minute onboarding process, to the employee gym merch. It is safe to say that this attention to detail and care is carried across our culture, products, partner relationships and of course to our millions of daily dog parents."
Innovation is at the heart of everything we do at Earth Rated:
✅ A hook on our leash dispenser to hold used bags
✅ Perforated stickers to make starting a new poop bag roll easier
✅ Easy dispensing packaging
Ram, Jessica and Julia are the trio behind everything from market research to product testing and they know every little detail matters when it comes to making our products the best they can be.
"From the first interaction I could see that Earth Rated team members were very passionate about their products and their brand. They had a genuine commitment to creating better products, caring for their people and giving back to hundreds of shelters. It’s a thriving company with lots of opportunities to contribute, learn and grow!"
Meet Abbie Elaarag. Senior Marketing & Content Manager here at Earth Rated and more importantly, an amazing Mom. She’s one of the many parents within our amazing team. We know that juggling work and parenting holds many unique challenges so it’s incredibly important to us to recognize the unique needs of our team and accommodate flexibility.

"I'm beyond excited to say that I found a company that not only strongly embodies my values, but is going through an extremely exciting transformation. I have spent the few months as CMO at Earth Rated, and I can't say enough about how great the experience has been. It is truly an honour to be able to join a company with so many great people, an incredibly supportive and community-focused culture, and such an exciting future ahead."
Who is keeping our products moving on to store shelves and into our customers hands each and every day? Andrea Wood, Jamie Routtenberg & Andrea Sanchez are the creative, and collaborative trio who make up our outbound logistics department and play a vital role ensuring everything gets delivered on time. Thank you for everything you do!
Meet Marsha, our amazing Customer Service Specialist and her dog, Flavy. We asked Marsha what the best thing about bringing your dog to work is:
"Everyone loves Flavy and she adores human contact, so bringing her to work with me always has a positive influence on the overall mood at the office."
We’re very excited to introduce our new VP of Sales, Jeff Camosci. Jeff is a dynamic business leader who comes to us with an extensive background in the pet industry not to mention an extensive history as a pet lover (he's presently owned by two dogs, a cat and a goldfish!)

We try to keep your interview engaging. For most roles, the process looks like this:
1. We’ll give you a call for a phone and/or screen interview.
2. Phone interview went well? Time to meet our hiring manager for an interview with them.
3. After checking in with your references and Atman psychometric results, here’s when we would extend an offer.
