Eco Education - Wa$ted on Kids?

I was watching Plant Green’s Wa$ted the other night and learned something shocking. Well, shocking to me. Maybe I’m naive? Seriously, I would have believed something like this 10 years ago. But not now. Not today. Not with all the news. Not with all the studies. Not after the publicity from the movie (you know which one) and ensuing Nobel Prize.

Anyway, as I was saying, I was watching Wa$ted the other night and was shocked to see that the show producers were able to find a family that didn’t follow the 3 Rs AT ALL. I mean, zero, nada, zip. They didn’t even OWN a recycling bin! (more…)
